Inpute Technologies has been confirmed as an approved supplier on G-Cloud 15, the UK Government's Digital Marketplace framework for public sector cloud purchasing, under Lot 3 - Cloud Support Services.
The listing opens a direct, compliant route for public sector organisations across the UK to procure Inpute's intelligent automation, document processing and AI services, without the time and cost burden of a full tender process. Central government departments, local authorities, NHS bodies, education providers, emergency services and devolved administrations can all access Inpute's services through the framework, moving faster from procurement to delivery.
What G-Cloud 15 Means for Public Sector Buyers
G-Cloud 15 is the successor to G-Cloud 14 and runs from September 2026 to September 2030. Unlike previous iterations, it operates as an open framework, reopening periodically to new and existing suppliers so the catalogue stays current throughout the contract term rather than being fixed at the point of launch.
Lot 3 – Cloud Support Services specifically covers professional and consultancy services for cloud migration, management and optimisation, giving public sector buyers access to a pre-vetted, compliant supplier base for exactly the kind of complex, high-volume document and process challenges Inpute specialises in.
Inpute services listed on the framework include
A Proven Track Record in Public Sector Automation
While G-Cloud 15 opens a formal route for UK public sector buyers, Inpute's experience of delivering automation and intelligent capture solutions for government and public sector organisations runs deep, with a strong track record across Irish state bodies that mirrors the scale and complexity of UK public sector requirements.
At the Department of Social Protection (DSP), Inpute designed and implemented a suite of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) solutions across 123 decentralised offices, enabling the automated capture and validation of over 500,000 forms every week. OCR converts printed or typed text from scanned documents into machine-readable data, while ICR extends this capability to handwritten content, both critical in a high-volume government processing environment. The result was faster processing times, a significant reduction in manual error, and staff freed from repetitive data entry to focus on higher-value work. As Eoin Fleming of the DSP put it: "It's improved morale because people have been moved off to do more rewarding work, and it's also a better, faster system for the customers themselves."
At the Central Statistics Office (CSO), Inpute implemented an intelligent data capture platform that removed the need for manual data entry across the CSO's paper-based survey questionnaires, now processing over 500,000 business survey forms annually. Critically, Inpute also transferred skills and training to the CSO's in-house team, enabling the organisation to scale the solution independently. "By developing in-house expertise, we now have the flexibility to grow and expand the system ourselves to cater for changing business needs," said John O'Reilly of the CSO.
For the Revenue Commissioners, Inpute delivered an intelligent document capture solution that transformed a manual correspondence process, giving case workers nationwide instant access to client correspondence without reference to a paper file. The solution reduced customer response times, cut manual errors, and introduced reporting functionality to monitor performance. IC project manager Pat Hubbard summed it up: "We chose Inpute because of their experience and because they could provide a full solution; a one-stop shop… it has proven to be a very good value-for-money solution."
At RTÉ, Inpute replaced a high-volume paper-based music copyright returns process with a robust electronic workflow platform, freeing up three full-time employees and ensuring ongoing compliance with copyright obligations. The system has now been in place for over a decade. "Inpute understood and fulfilled the brief with an effective solution that has stood the test of time," said Eamon Cassidy of RTÉ.
