The morning was all about collaboration, with interactive workshops that sparked conversation, shared ideas, and aligned our focus for the year ahead. From strategic priorities to innovative thinking, the sessions were a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and refocus.
In the afternoon, we traded laptops for lifejackets and set sail from Howth Yacht Club for a team-building adventure on the water. Sailing proved to be the perfect way to unwind, strengthen bonds, and enjoy some much-needed face-to-face time outside of the virtual office. The BBQ afterwards was the perfect finishing touch.
A huge thanks to everyone who travelled to be part of it and to Howth Yacht Club for hosting us so well. Days like these remind us that great teams aren’t just built on what we do, but on how we connect.
