With support for paper, HTML and PDF forms, Inpute solutions cater for the capture of forms by fax, email, and the web, while scanning of paper forms can be locally or remotely carried out. Using a combination of ICR, OCR, OMR and Bar Code recognition, data is extracted and validated by according to predefined business rules. Such rules may be as simple as validating an account code or as complex as approving or rejecting a loan application by verifying the credit status of an applicant based on data presented on the form and by referencing external credit rating applications.
Data can be exported in multiple formats such an XML, CVS, Oracle and SQL. Our solutions also caters for the automatic storage and indexing of the captured forms and any associated documentation.
For forms that initiate a business process or workflow, our solutions interfaces with both ad-hoc and role based workflow.
