Central Billing

Overview

Inpute Technologies provide end-to-end invoice capture and processing for organisations operating a Central Billing Function. Clients such as BWG Foods, work with Inpute to process and distribute supplier invoices to their SPAR and MACE retail outlets throughout Ireland.

The Inpute Central Billing solution incorporates the capture, validation, index, storage and allocation of both paper and EDI invoices for distribution to clients. Additionally, the system integrates with a number of leading accounts packages and will provide a validated data export for direct import.

Our print pack module collates supplier invoices per outlet per week and published these packs to DVD, the Web or hard copy. EDI invoices can be overlaid with any number of invoices templates ensuing that they are presented to the client in a recognised format.
