Inpute Technologies are delighted to introduce Inpute FaxStore. This new application combines the power of the Inpute Export Module for RightFAX (EMR) with a document imaging solution. EMR is a single application that is designed for organisations who wish to be able to quickly and easily retrieve faxes, while at the same time being able to free up valuable disk space within their RightFAX server.
Received and sent faxes including fax cover sheets, are automatically exported to the document repository. Faxes are indexed automatically and include such fields as:

Custom index fields can also be easily added and modified through the document server enabling faxes to be found quickly as searches can be performed across both custom and system indexing criteria. The amount of faxes stored is only limited by the disk space available.
Archive Crucial Information
Inpute FaxStore allows administrators to automatically import fax images and their associated information from RightFAX. Faxes are fully indexed and can be quickly and easily searched for, organised, retrieved and viewed through the FaxStore client.
