New features include:

• Automatic scheduling of exportation of fax images and fax information. Faxes can be exported from RightFAX whenever you require, automatically.
• Facility to delete archive faxes for RightFAX fax boxes and transfer the archived faxes to a user definable mailbox within RightFAX. This feature has been added to provide additional security for RightFAX administrators. It allows administrators archiving critical data to double check that faxes have been archived successfully. Faxes moved to the definable mailbox can be automatically deleted after a user definable period of time.
• Enhanced date restriction. Can be limited to "Older then X days" or "Prior to X Date".
• Archival can be restricted to either a specific folder, or to specifically exclude a folder.
